EL MUNDO- 60x90 cm ceramic mural

This is the project that  I have been working on for the last few months.It was commisioned by a friend of mine who is a globetrotter and alpinist, but lately can' t travel too much.
I  made the first attempt to that piece in July, but didn t put much heart into it and eventually didn t like the final result.
Later in December, I decided to come back to it again. And I did...but the "clay choice" wasn't great, in fact it was wrong. My piece cracked in 3 places during the firing, so I had to start again.
A great learning curve and good way to learn more of geography:)
